We want to help you protect your brand and intellectual property. We want to help you be successful and mitigate the risk of disputes, loss of IP and infringement claims.

Having a relationship with an experienced trademark and IP attorney is one of the most important investments you can make in your business (and its future).

Your company can only be successful and survive if you have a strong legal foundation that supports your efforts, and that includes trademarks and IP protection. Without a registered trademark in your brand name and brand identity that you own exclusively, you...well...got nothing.

My team and I will take the headache-inducing stress, uninformed guesswork and unknown risks out of your brand and IP strategy.

You don't have a strategy? Don't fret. We can create one together. Let's do it soon, though, because the last thing you want is to discover you don't actually have the trademark rights to your brand name or logo.  Yes....it can be that serious.

I will make sure you own your trademarks exclusively and permanently with our flat-fee trademark research, trademark filing, trademark monitoring and trademark protection services. We also do copyright, trade secret protection, fractional outside counsel services and AI advising via flat-fee. We do everything virtually and painlessly (okay, hiring a lawyer might not fall into the "painless" category, but we promise to make it as enjoyable as possible).

FAQs

How much do you charge for a trademark application?

We charge flat-fees for almost all of our work, but it depends on the type of trademark you need. Set up a free consultation call with Jessica and she can give you the pricing after she learns more about your trademark and your business.

How quickly can you get a trademark application on file?

We can get it on file within a week or two, assuming we have all the information we need from you to do our research and prepare the application. Sometimes, though, it can take longer if there needs to be additional research or even revisions made to a mark in order to have the strongest chance of approval. Jessica is really good at helping you get your ducks in a row up front before anything is filed. Set up a free 30-minute consultation here:

FAQs

How long does it normally take to get a trademark?

The short answer is that it is rare to get a registered trademark sooner than 10-12 months. That is because the USPTO take a long time to review applications and make decisions. But you do have some protection once you are on file, so it doesn't mean you can't start building your brand as you wait. Jessica and her team are amazing at making sure you have a strong mark before you file so your chances of getting a registered mark are typically very high if you follow her advice.
